Each coil undergoes a meticulous process that includes shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. The springs are formed on precision mandrels and hot-formed to maintain their spring memory, ensuring consistent performance over time.

To enhance both aesthetics and durability, Tough Dog coils feature a powder-coated finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance.
