Standard features include military wrap across all part numbers, accurate heat treatment, and construction from high-grade spring steel. Many applications also incorporate anti-friction pads to enhance performance. The springs are pre-stressed to maintain ride height and are rigorously load rate tested to ensure reliability.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, various spring rates are available to accommodate constant load scenarios. This includes fixed accessories such as canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers, which are all classified as constant load. The approximate raised height achieved with these springs ranges from 40-50mm, with specific ratings such as T83 for light loads (0-400kg) and T84 for constant loads (400kg).

To optimize performance, it is advisable to pair raised springs with long travel shock absorbers. Selecting the appropriate spring rate is crucial for achieving the best balance of load carrying capacity, ride quality, and ride height.
