3" Stainless Steel Downpipes / Dump Pipes – Ford Ranger Raptor NEXT GEN MY22 (2022–2025)

Upgrade your Ford Ranger Raptor NEXT GEN with these twin 3" stainless steel downpipes. Designed for MY22–MY25 models, this polished bolt-on system replaces the factory restrictions and delivers improved turbo spool, throttle response, and a refined performance exhaust note – while bolting directly to the OEM mid-pipe.
Engineered to suit the 2022–2025 Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6, this Ford Ranger downpipe upgrade maintains all factory sensor compatibility and offers an optional high-flow catalytic converter configuration.
Downpipe Specifications:
- Twin 3" 304-grade polished stainless steel piping
- Mandrel bent and TIG welded
- Factory-style V-band, 2-bolt, and slip-joint flanges
- Retains all OEM sensor ports
- Optional 200-cell high-flow catalytic converters
- Includes gaskets and mounting hardware
This system delivers significant flow gains without requiring a tune. For non-catted use, we recommend adding two Micro Cats to avoid a check engine light.
Please note: For international customers (specifically in the UK) there are 3 additional sensor ports on these cars which require modification to plumb back into the exhaust.
NOTE: To prevent CEL (Check Engine Light), two Micro Cats are required when running non-catted dump pipes. Available HERE
