The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more robust coil that can withstand demanding conditions.

Each coil undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process, including shot peening to relieve internal stresses, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. The coils are formed on precision mandrels and hot-formed to maintain their spring memory, ensuring consistent performance over time.

To enhance durability and aesthetics, Tough Dog coils feature a powder-coated finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra weight or constant load carrying. The approximate lift height for these coils is between 40-50mm, with specific part numbers designed for various configurations: TDC1063 for no accessories, TDC1064 for steel bars, and TDC1065 for steel bars with a winch.

It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to maximize performance and handling capabilities.
