The Tough Dog coils are constructed to retain their original memory, providing a lightweight yet robust solution that can withstand rigorous conditions. Each coil undergoes a shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, ensuring durability and longevity.

Additionally, the coils are scragged and load tested to guarantee their performance under various conditions. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are built to last. The powder-coated finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For those with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra load or constant load carrying. The approximate lift height ranges from 40-50mm, with specific part numbers designed for different configurations: TDC1064 for no accessories, TDC1065 for steel bars, and TDC1066 for steel bars and winches.
