Designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize performance while utilizing less material. This innovative design ensures superior ride quality and exceptional load-carrying capabilities.

The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter and more durable coil that can withstand rigorous conditions and challenges.

Each coil undergoes a meticulous process that includes shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. They are formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to maintain optimal spring memory, ensuring consistent performance over time.

To enhance both aesthetics and durability, Tough Dog coils feature a powder-coated finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates tailored to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate lift height is 40mm, with specific part numbers for different configurations: TDC1047 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC1048 for those with a steel bar or a steel bar with a winch.

It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to maximize performance and handling.
