Precision-engineered in Australia using premium German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are built for strength, durability, and optimal performance. The advanced X5K material allows these coils to be manufactured with less steel while maintaining exceptional ride quality and load-carrying capacity. Even under heavy and repeated loading, the coils retain their spring memory, ensuring consistent ride height and stability on demanding terrain.

Each coil is shot peened to relieve stress, scragged and load tested for reliability, precision-formed on mandrels, and hot-formed to guarantee long-term integrity. Finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat, Tough Dog coils are available in varying spring rates to suit vehicles equipped with steel bars, winches, or requiring constant load support.
