Designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize performance while utilizing less material. This innovative design ensures superior ride quality and exceptional load-carrying capabilities.

The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more robust coil that can withstand demanding conditions.

Each coil undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process, including shot peening to relieve internal stresses, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. The coils are formed on precision mandrels and hot-formed to maintain their spring memory, ensuring consistent performance over time.

To enhance durability and aesthetics, Tough Dog coils feature a powder-coated finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates to accommodate constant load carrying requirements. The approximate lift height ranges from 30-40mm, with options such as TDC545 for up to steel bar and TDC545H for steel bar or bar and winch configurations.

It is recommended to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to maximize performance and handling.
