The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter and more durable coil that can withstand rigorous conditions.

Each coil undergoes a meticulous process, including shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. They are formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to maintain spring memory, ensuring consistent performance over time.

To enhance both aesthetics and durability, Tough Dog coils feature a powder-coated finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate lift height ranges from 25-35mm, with specific models designed for different configurations: TDC1008 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC1009 for those with a steel bar or bar and winch.

It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to maximize performance and handling.
