The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more robust coil that can withstand demanding conditions.

Each coil undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process, including shot peening to relieve internal stresses, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. The coils are formed on precision mandrels and hot-formed to maintain their spring memory, ensuring consistent performance.

To enhance durability and aesthetics, Tough Dog coils feature a powder-coated finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate lift height ranges from 15-20mm, with specific models such as TDC773 designed for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC773H for those with a bar or bar and winch.

It is recommended to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to maximize performance and handling.
