Constructed from high-grade spring steel, many applications feature anti-friction pads to reduce wear and improve efficiency.

Pre-stressing the springs helps maintain optimal ride height, while diamond cut ends enhance the overall performance. Load rate testing ensures that each spring meets rigorous standards for strength and reliability.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers various spring rates to accommodate constant loads. This includes fixed accessories such as canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers, which are all classified as constant loads.

It is crucial to select the appropriate spring rate to achieve optimal results in load carrying capacity, ride quality, and ride height. The approximate raised height provided by these springs ranges from 30-40mm, with specific models catering to different load requirements: BPN-008 for light loads (0-300kg) and BPN-008H for constant loads (300kg).

For enhanced performance, it is advisable to pair raised springs with long travel shock absorbers, ensuring that your vehicle handles the increased height and load effectively.
