The Tough Dog coil springs are constructed to retain their original memory, providing a lightweight yet robust solution that can withstand rigorous conditions. Each spring undergoes a shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, ensuring durability and longevity.

Additionally, the springs are scragged and load tested to guarantee their performance under various conditions. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are built to last. The powder-coated finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra load or constant load carrying. The approximate lift height ranges from 40-50mm, with specific models designed for various configurations: TDC790L for up to a certain bar, TDC790HL for steel bar and winch, TDC791L for up to a certain bar with BMX shocks only, and TDC791HL for steel bar and winch with BMX shocks only.
