Each coil undergoes a meticulous process including shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. They are formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, followed by a powder-coated finish that enhances both aesthetics and corrosion resistance.

Constant Load refers to weight that is permanently added to the vehicle, such as fixed accessories like canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers.
