Tough Dog Complete Radius Arms are supplied with pre-pressed bushes, ensuring a seamless installation process. When lifting your Jimny by 60mm to 80mm, it is crucial to address the resulting changes in castor angle, which can lead to compromised wheel alignment geometry and increased tyre wear.

To restore the castor angle to acceptable specifications, the installation of a pair of Radius Arms (TDCA-017) is essential. This upgrade will enhance steering response and overall vehicle stability. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the appropriate crossmember drop kit is also installed to maintain optimal performance.

Fitment Notes: If you are also installing a crossmember drop kit, you must utilize the TDSP-038 model. For effective castor correction, either castor correction bushes or radius arms, along with the corresponding crossmember drop kit, must be integrated with all lift kits.

Option 1: TDUK-063 Castor Correction bushes paired with TDSP-018 Crossmember Drop Kit. Option 2: TDCA-017 Radius Arms combined with TDSP-038 Crossmember Drop Kit.

• As well as the Foam Cell insert to combat shock fade, the 45mm adjustable also incorporate an ABS plastic dust shield as well as an external dust wiper seal to protect the shocks internals from grit which can damage the oil seals around the chrome rod.
• When fully extended, the shock is at its most vulnerable to damage from side load.
• The internal bump stop and piston rod guide ensure the shock is supported at the extremes of its travel.
• Our big bore shocks also have a DU bushing fitted internally to protect the seals from damage caused by side load at full extension.
