The Tough Dog coils are shot peened to relieve internal stresses, ensuring durability and longevity. Each coil undergoes scragging and load testing to guarantee performance under various conditions. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to maintain spring memory, these coils are built to withstand the rigors of off-road and heavy-duty applications.

Finished with a powder coating, Tough Dog coils not only provide a sleek appearance but also offer excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring they remain functional and visually appealing over time.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate constant load scenarios. Constant Load refers to weight that is permanently added to the vehicle, such as canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers. Selecting the appropriate spring rate is crucial for optimizing vehicle performance and load management.

Approximate lift heights are available for various configurations: TDC1084 is designed for vehicles without accessories, while TDC1100 is suitable for those with a steel bar and winch. Please note that these coils are compatible exclusively with Tough Dog struts and cannot be used with factory front struts.
