The new Gen 2 design has been refined to suit later-model 79 Series Single Cabs, featuring a CNC machined notch on the mating surface to neatly accommodate the OE bump stop. This ensures perfect alignment, clean fitment, and consistent bump engagement across all compatible models.

Factory bump stops often bottom out too harshly or too early once suspension geometry changes. These billet extensions correct the bump position, protecting shocks from over-compression, preventing leaf spring distortion, and keeping driveline angles in check when the suspension is working hard.
