The popularity of 200 Series V8 Diesel as a tow vehicle has highlighted the need for a quality high performance Intercooler. When fitted with bull bar and spotlights, air flow to the under-bonnet ducting is severely restricted and the loss of air flow means the intercooler is next to useless, as a result, affects power, torque and fuel economy.
At Cross Country 4×4 we have taken what we learnt with the early model 200 series and developed a more efficient Intercooler using a 600x300x68 PWR race series tube and fin core. 2×10″ Thermo fans and a scoop specific to the later model 200 series.
Mounted, tested and put through the works, proven to overcome all inefficiencies with the factories system!
The kit includes everything you need for installation.
Includes; Intercooler, Pipe work, Silicones, Clamps, Fan looms, Bonnet Scoop and Instructions.
Other components used come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months.
