Manufactured in Australia using premium German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are precision-engineered for strength, reduced weight, and uncompromised suspension performance. The advanced steel composition enables a lighter coil design while delivering outstanding ride comfort and load-carrying capacity. Designed to retain their spring memory even under heavy, repeated loads, these coils ensure reliable ride height, handling stability, and long-term durability for serious off-road use.

Each coil is shot peened to relieve stress, scragged and load-tested for strength, precision-formed on mandrels, and hot-formed to lock in spring memory. Finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat, Tough Dog coils are available in specific spring rates to match vehicles fitted with steel bars, winches, or carrying constant loads.
