The Tough Dog coils are constructed to retain their original memory, providing a lightweight yet robust solution that can withstand rigorous demands. Each coil undergoes a meticulous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, followed by scragging and load testing to ensure reliability and performance.

Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are finished with a durable powder coating that enhances both aesthetics and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in various environments.

For those with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra load or constant load carrying. The approximate lift height is 50mm, with specific part numbers designed for various configurations: TDC1135 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, TDC1136 for those with a steel bar, and TDC1137 for setups with a steel bar, winch, and accessories.

When paired with Tough Dog Ralph Front Struts, the following part numbers are recommended: TDC1057 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC1058 for those equipped with a steel bar, winch, and accessories. It is advisable to fit long travel shock absorbers alongside raised springs to maximize performance.
